Athletic Brewing beers and a basketball on a court

Dry January Meets March Madness with a New Offer from Athletic

It’s now been a few years since I got really into non-alcoholic beer. As someone who doesn’t drink, having the experience of trying different styles of beer, discovering various breweries, and getting to do both of these alongside my wife has been a lot of fun. And while I’ve now sampled several NA brews from dozens of companies, Athletic Brewing remains near the top of my list. I mention all of this because Athletic has introduced a special welcome offer in time for March Madness.

Currently, you can get 25% off an order that consists of two six-packs. Even better, this deal includes free shipping. However, while Athletic regularly rolls out limited-edition releases, this offer is only good on select best sellers.

Looking at the options, there are still plenty of bangers, depending on what style you like. For IPA fans, both the Run Wild and Free Wave are great — and I bounce back and forth on which is my favorite. Meanwhile, you also can’t go wrong with the Upside Dawn golden. For even lighter fare, I also like the Atletica cerveza-style copper and the Belgian-inspired Wit’s Peak. Meanwhile, on the other end, All Out is a dark and delicious chocolatey brew.

There are even options I have yet to try, such as the cocktail series “Paloma” and Moscow “Mule” drinks. From this promotion, I just learned that there’s a Salt and Lime version of the Athletic Lite too. Funny enough, I tried the regular Athletic Lite for the first time only two weeks ago and found it to be enjoyable overall (and only 25 calories!).

By the way, if you do end up taking advantage of this offering and find you enjoy Athletic, they do have a subscription plan where you can save up to 15%. As I mentioned, Athletic brings out specialty brews each month, so having a membership is a great way to try several types of beers — and it saves you a trip to the store.

All in all, if you’ve been wanting to try Athletic specifically or non-alcoholic beer in general, this could be a good chance to do so. That’s especially true as some of the options included in this offer aren’t ones you’re likely to find at your local grocery store (the main retail lineup is Run Wild, Upside Dawn, Free Wave, and occasionally Lite). So, you can sample a couple of options, see what you think, and decide whether it’s something you want to incorporate into your routine. If nothing else, you can enjoy all the March Madness fun without worrying about the hangover afterwards!

I'm 40 and Finally Figured Out How to Properly Shave My Face
For a good portion of my mid to late 20s, I made my living pretending to be in high school for television. As it turns out, part of the reason why I could pass for younger is that I can't grow a beard to save my life. Unfortunately, this lack of growth also means that,...
