Allbirds Offering 30% Off Sale Ahead of Spring (Rainy) Season

Pair of Allbirds Wool Mizzle Runner-Ups

One of my favorite shoe brands is having a sale. Currently, Allbirds is offering 30% off on a number of their shoes, including their water-resistant models.

By using the code SPRING30 at check out, you can save 30% on “select styles” of shoes. Thankfully, “select styles” include both the Wool Runner Mizzles and Wool Runner-Up Mizzles — which are perfect for the rainy spring weather. This sale runs through March 18th (technically March 19th at midnight Pacific)

I first purchased my Mizzles back in early 2020 (right before that one thing) and was immediately impressed with their water resistance capabilities. From there, I added the Runner-Up Mizzles to my collection. Not only are these high-tops quite comfy but they also manage to be even more protective against rain, puddles, and snow. Because of that, they’re one of my favorite pairs of sneakers. In fact, in addition to using them as the travel shoe I originally intended them to be, I wear them casually on a more-than-regular basis.

By the way, if you’ll remember from the last time Allbirds ran a sale, I ordered myself a pair of Wool Dasher Mizzles. These have since become my go-to shoes for walking the dog (especially when the ground is wet or it’s actively raining/snowing) as they’re easy to slip on and offer a nice grippy sole in addition to the water resistance. That said, if you are debating between sizes, I’d recommend going up one since I find the toe box to be a bit tight. FYI, this style is also part of the current SPRING30 sale.

While looking at the Allbirds site, I noticed that the discount even applies to some shoes that are already on sale. For example, these Grey Wool Runner-Up Mizzles are marked down to $72 — but that goes to $50.40 after the 30% is applied. That’s a savings of nearly $100 when you consider that the shoes retail for $145.

Do I write about Allbirds a lot? Yes I do — but there’s good reason for that as I honestly wear these shoes (at least one of my various pairs) on a near-daily basis. And, since the shoes are on the somewhat pricey side, I always recommend picking up them when you can save a few dollars. With that in mind, if you are considering picking up some of the brand’s water-resistant shoes before spring showers arrive, you may want to take advantage of this current sale and order before March 18th.
