Audible is Offering a Stellar Deal is You Love Audiobooks

If you’ve ever looked at books on Amazon or listened to a podcast, you’ve surely heard of Audible. But just in case, I’ll explain that the platform is the leading provider of audiobook content. What’s more, they have a subscription service where you can get an audiobook credit for the title of your choosing each month. As great as that service is overall, you know what makes it even better? Paying next to nothing for it.

Ahead of Black Friday, Audible has launched a limited-time offer that definitely caught my attention. Currently, you can get three months of its Audible Premium Plus subscription for just 99¢ per month. On top of that, you’ll receive a $20 Audible credit. In other words, you can get four (or maybe even more, depending on pricing) books for less than $3. That’s quite a steal!

Of course, after these three months are up, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular $14.95 per month price. However, I know from experience that canceling your membership is easy to do, so just be sure to do so before your renewal date if you don’t want to pay full price.

Speaking of my experience with Audible Premium Plus, I’m honestly surprised that I was allowed to take advantage of this offer. That’s because I previously utilized a similar offer earlier this year — and had a full-fledged subscription before that. Needless to say, though, I was more than happy to opt in to this deal once again.

By the way, just because I don’t maintain an Audible Premium Plus membership anymore doesn’t mean that I don’t enjoy the service overall. Not only is it great that you can use your credits for all kinds of audiobooks, but I also appreciate that these credits can roll over from month to month as long as your subscription is active. In other words, if there aren’t any books you want now but know of some upcoming releases you want to snag, you can still sign up now and then cash in all of your credits when you’re ready. Plus, in the meantime, you’ll also have access to some other Audible content, including exclusive podcasts and more.

It’s true that Audible offers are fairly common, but I think this one is particularly intriguing. And, while I do appreciate how easy it is to cancel your membership before you get charged the going rate, if you decide to keep your Audible Premium Plus membership longer term, I wouldn’t blame you. But if you do want to try this offer, be sure to head to Audible before December 1st.

Would it Be Wrong to Try This Potential Free Checked Bag Trick?
I don't remember the last time I paid for a checked bag on a plane. Granted. I've paid for carry-ons while flying Allegiant — but, in the cases where I have elected to check a bag in recent years, it's been a free gate check since I occasionally volunteer to part with my bag early...
